COVID-19 Updates from Six Twelve Family Dental

In light of the current Omicron outbreak and ongoing COVID situation, we have increased safety measures for our patients and staff

  • Weekly rapid antigen testing/ PCR for all staff
  • RAT testing/PCR  required for all patients/visitors attending the practice

We will continue to take extra-precautionary measures which includes

  • Our whole team is FULLY- VACCINATED (booster shots taken)
  • Only the patient with the appointment will be allowed to attend. Minors are able to have one accompanying adult
  • Face Masks must be worn before entering the clinic and are to remain on until just before the treatment
  • All visits are by appointment only and all online appointments are only confirmed once one of our friendly staff have appropriately screened and triaged the patient
  • Temperature checks upon arrival
  • Alcohol-based hand sanitiser upon arrival and as soon as treatment is completed
  • Peroxide mouth rinse prior to all treatments
  • Minimising patient contact in the waiting room

Your appointment will be deferred if you fall under any of the below categories:

  • You are experiencing any symptoms of Covid -19 which includes fever (37.5° or higher), cough, sore throat, shortness of breath (difficulty breathing), runny nose, loss of taste loss of smell
  • You or your family have tested positive for covid
  • You or your family have had contact with a confirmed case of covid-19
  • You or your family are awaiting on your covid-19 test results
  • You have been advised to self-isolate by health authorities.
