COVID-19 Updates from Six Twelve Family Dental

We will continue to take extra-precautionary measures which includes
- Our whole team is FULLY- VACCINATED (booster shots taken)
- Only the patient with the appointment will be allowed to attend. Minors are able to have one accompanying adult
- Face Masks must be worn before entering the clinic and are to remain on until just before the treatment
- All visits are by appointment only and all online appointments are only confirmed once one of our friendly staff have appropriately screened and triaged the patient
- Temperature checks upon arrival
- Alcohol-based hand sanitiser upon arrival and as soon as treatment is completed
- Peroxide mouth rinse prior to all treatments
- Minimising patient contact in the waiting room
Your appointment will be deferred if you fall under any of the below categories:
- You are experiencing any symptoms of Covid -19 which includes fever (37.5° or higher), cough, sore throat, shortness of breath (difficulty breathing), runny nose, loss of taste loss of smell
- You or your family have tested positive for covid
- You or your family have had contact with a confirmed case of covid-19
- You or your family are awaiting on your covid-19 test results
- You have been advised to self-isolate by health authorities
